Regular Meeting Rescheduled
The February 22nd Board Meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, March 1st at 7:30 PM. The meeting will be stream-cast live using Zoom Conferencing. Members of the public may connect to this stream for video and audio coverage by going to
in their browser. Persons wishing to comment during the public section of the meeting will be given the opportunity to do so through the Zoom conferencing.
The meeting will be held in the Kirby’s Mill Gymnasium and is open to the public however, we cannot guarantee entrance since seating will be limited to ensure a safe environment for all persons in attendance. Doors will open at 7 PM and once we have reached our capacity no one else will be admitted.
- Masks must be worn AT ALL TIMES
- Temperature will be taken before admittance - those with a temperature over 100.4 will be refused entry
- 6 foot social distancing must be observed AT ALL TIMES
- Attendees must remain in their seats AT ALL TIMES
- Doors will be locked after 7:35pm for security purposes.
